ATEP Program Director/Clinical Coordinator

George Fox University announces a non-tenure or tenure-track faculty position in Athletic Training/Exercise Science, to begin in August 2018. The University is in the process of ending its undergraduate ATEP program, with the last class graduating spring 2022. The position would likely continue for those who can support our growing Exercise Science/Kinesiology program. Applicants with preparation in AT and Exercise Science/Kinesiology are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• The load credit is divided so that approximately 45% of the position is PD/CC and 55% is teaching/practicum.
• The position would likely continue for those who can support our growing Exercise Science/Kinesiology program.

Qualifications

• A. is required, Ph.D. is preferred
• Undergraduate teaching experience preferred.
• A commitment to working with a diverse population of students is essential; demonstrated experience in this area is preferred.

Salary and Rank

Appointment at the Assistant Professor level is anticipated, although candidates with significant teaching experience at previous institutions may be considered for appointment at the rank of Associate Professor.  Salary and benefits are competitive with comparable institutions.
